 I grew up in Iowa Falls, Iowa and paid a visit today - there's a new bridge going up.

MRI of my back - shows herniated disk at S1 - looking at possible surgery - although we're trying some other stuff first...

It was a light first snow fall -the day before however, this field was filled with wild prairie grass taller then me - now it's flat...

We celebrated Grandson Daniels second birthday yesterday - and this was the moment he blew out the candles (I think he had help from off camera from his Dad).
